Our Mission is to transform talented young football players into elite and professional athletes by:
1. delivering the content and methodology of the LMCFC football education program developing football playing skills,
2. building character, relationships, and social foundations to help talented youth succeed both in the game of football and throughout life.
The Direction Of City...
The future direction of the club is focused on providing equitable access to the best learning environment available in Northern NSW including the most thorough learning curriculum, a fully equipped and supported learning setting, and the best football teachers.
We aim to be recognised as the club of choice in the region, by setting the standard for quality football education, contemporary facilities and amenities and nurturing a network of affiliates that enable talented female and male football players reach their full potential.
The club believes that this will be accomplished through:
1. experienced technical staff and a diverse pool of training talent and affiliates,
2. provision of a comprehensive and effective football education program,
3. provision of contemporary facilities and amenities,
4. provision of sufficient quality practice area’s and playing fields, and
5. development of effective relationships with LMCC and NNSWF.
Success for LMCFC is a clear pathway that will drive life-long involvement from Miniroos, to Juniors, Seniors, the Elite pathways, and everything in between. We are looking to develop well-rounded, technically competent players / individuals who can enjoy the game of football for life.
